Steve Blair has relinquished his position as vice-president of A&R at Warner Music Canada to become VP of the new artist services division, covering management, sponsorship, merchandise and all non-traditional businesses for the recording company.

Blair, who signed multi-platinum rock band Billy Talent, female-fronted punk-rock act Die Mannequin and singer-songwriter Tomi Swick, started managing an all-female country-pop group, Ladies of the Canyon, in 2009.
