Music management company Davis Entertainment Group has formed a strategic partnership with Good Fight Entertainment, a music and sports management outfit, it was announced today. Under the terms of the agreement Davis will fold into Good Fight.

The Davis Entertainment Group's music roster includes the bands Monster Magnet, AM Taxi, Devildriver, Skeletonwitch, Chimaira and Madina Lake. Good Fight Entertainment's clients include Children of Bodom, August Burns Red, VNV Nation and Cannibal Corpse.
