Wary of giving away too much content, the companies in the Hulu joint venture are considering a transformation into a more typical type of broadcaster, reports the Wall Street Journal. NBC Universal, News Corp. and Walt Disney, as well as Hulu's management, are said to be increasingly at odds about the site's business model.
