Former Equity Music Group president Mike Kraski has launched Tenacity Management and Consulting.
"My philosophy and goal when I started Equity was that we as a label would be partners with the artist," Kraski said in a prepared statement. "The formation of Tenacity is the next logical and natural continuation of that philosophy.
Kraski, a 32-year Nashville label veteran, stepped down at Equity in November. He continues to serve as a member of the board of directors and maintains ownership in the company, which is home to Little Big Town and Clint Black, among others.
