Swift Gets Doll Deal

JAKKS Pacific, a company that designs and markets a broad range of toys and consumer products, has signed a worldwide licensing agreement through Creative Artists Agency to develop and market toys and related products based on country singer-songwriter Taylor Swift.

Under the agreement, the company plans to launch a line of fashion dolls wearing Swift's most memorable fashions, role-play toys (including her signature crystal guitar), accessories and craft and activity sets. JAKKS expects to ship its Taylor Swift line to retail for fall 2008.
