Rapper Lil Kim, pop/country star Jewel, former Go-Gos lead singer Belinda Carlisle, country artist/professional dancer Julianne Hough and fellow country artist and beau Chuck Wicks are among the just-announced 13 contestants on the eighth season of ABC's hit show "Dancing With The Stars." The new season will kick off on March 13.

Actor Dave Alan Grier, Olympic gold medalist Shawn Johnson, actor Gilles Marini, pro rodeo champion (and Jewel's husband) Ty Murray, television wildman Steve-O ("Jackass"), entertainment reporter Nancy O'Dell, actress Denise Richards, pro football hall of famer Lawrence Taylor and Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak round out the cast.

While two-time "DWTS" champ Hough had previously announced that she would retire from the show to focus on her music career, she was apparently coaxed back by the inclusion of her boyfriend Wicks on the show. The two will dance together.

Past contestants from the music world include Drew Lachey, Joey Fatone, Lance Bass, Marie Osmond and Toni Braxton.
