Tickets for the event slated for June 17-19 went on sale just last week, but according to a statement on the festival's Facebook page from Monday, organizers said, "but conditions dictate that we redirect our energy at this time."
"We appreciate the opportunity you afforded us to present FarmBorough in New York City, and apologize for any inconvenience," the statement continued.
All festival and ferry passes will be refunded. More information is available at the festival's website.
This was to be FarmBorough's second year. Upon its debut last year, it became the first every country music festival in New York City.
