The announcement by Jackson family via spokesman Ken Sunshine also named Kobe Bryant, Magic Johnson, Martin Luther King III, Bernice A. King, Rev. Al Sharpton, Brooke Shields, Motown founder Berry Gordy, the Andrae Crouch Choir, "Britain's Got Talent" finalist Shaheen Jafargholi and family friends Ron Boyd and Pastor Lucious Smith as additional participants.

It was not immediately clear who was performing and who might be speaking.
