Kelly Clarkson is on track for second No. 1.

It looks like Kelly Clarkson will score her second No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 next week, as her fourth release, "All I Ever Wanted" (19/RCA/RMG), led Nielsen SoundScan's March 11 Building chart.

Industry prognosticators suggest the set should sell as much as 200,000, but caution the number could increase depending on how her assorted TV performances through release week will affect the album's start.

Clarkson played Fox's "American Idol" last night (March 11) and visits NBC's "Saturday Night Live" on March 14. On Tuesday, March 10, she performed on ABC's "Good Morning America."

The album's first single, "My Life Would Suck Without You," spent two weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in February thanks to its strong out-of-the-gate digital sales. This week, it rises to No. 12 on the Hot 100 Airplay chart dated March 21.

Clarkson's last release, 2007's "My December," bowed at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 291,000. It has sold 788,000 in the U.S. to date. Clarkson's previous chart-topper came with her first album, "Thankful," which bowed atop the list with 297,000 on the tally dated May 3, 2003.

Billboard estimates the seven merchants who report to Nielsen SoundScan's Building chart -- Trans World Entertainment, Best Buy, iTunes, Starbucks, Borders, Target and Anderson Merchandisers -- comprise about 60% of all U.S. album sales. The March 11 Building chart reflected unweighted sales through the close of business on Tuesday, March 10.
