Flo Rida's "Right Round" stays on top of the Hot 100.
Flo Rida's appearances on the Hot 100 are doubly sweet this week, with "Right Round" maintaining at No. 1 and "Suga," featuring Wynter, scoring the chart's hot shot debut at No. 25. "Suga," which sold 78,000 digital tracks last week and quadrupled its airplay audience, is the third single to chart from Flo Rida's upcoming Mar. 31 album, "R.O.O.T.S."
The chart's greatest airplay gainer was Lady GaGa's "Poker Face," which climbs to No. 2 this week on the Hot 100 from No. 3. "Kiss Me Thru The Phone," by Soulja Boy Tell 'em featuring Sammie, also shifted up one spot to No. 3. from No. 4.
Rounding out the top 10 are "Dead and Gone," by T.I. featuring Justin Timberlake, which slips two positions to No. 4; the All-American Rejects' "Gives You Hell," up one to No. 5; Kelly Clarkson's "My Life Would Suck Without You," dropping one spot to No. 6; "Blame It," by Jamie Foxx featuring T-Pain, up one spot to No. 7; Kanye West's "Heartless," down one to No. 8; "I Told You So," by Carrie Underwood featuring Randy Travis, which zooms up to No. 9 from No. 57; and Lady GaGa featuring Colby O'Donis with "Just Dance," maintaining at No. 10.
For digital tracks, Britney Spears' "If U Seek Amy" scored the chart's top digital gain, moving it up to No. 26 on the chart.
Among many newcomers to the Hot 100 this week are Lil Wayne's "Hot Revolver," at No. 33; "Forever," by Rascal Flatts, at No. 53; and Birdman featuring Lil Wayne's "Always Strapped," at No. 65. Pleasure P's "Boyfriend #2" debuts this week at No. 91.
Brad Paisley claims the highest debut of his career on the Hot Country Songs chart as "Then" enters at No. 26 (it debuts at No. 35 on the Hot 100). "Then" is the first single from Paisley's new album "American Saturday Night," due June 30. Paisley performed "Then" on the March 18 edition of "American Idol."
"Idol" also worked its magic on Carrie Underwood and Randy Travis' "I Told You So," which sold 126,000 downloads after their performance of the song on the TV show.
