Daughtry, the Offspring, Dierks Bentley and T-Pain, among others, will perform as part of the third annual Samsung AT&T Summer Krush, a free summer concert series designed to highlight the Samsung JACK mobile phone.

The concert series starts July 17 in Seattle with a performance by Daughtry at the Paramount Theatre. Portions of the concert will broadcast later that evening on ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!"

Samsung AT&T Summer Krush continues July 31 with a performance by the Offspring at the Warfield in San Francisco, followed by an Aug. 11 appearance by T-Pain in New Orleans. Country act Dierks Bentley is scheduled to perform Aug. 18 at the Tabernacle in Atlanta.

Additional artists and venue locations will be announced soon. The concert event will also visit such cities as Dallas, Nashville, Boston, Chicago and Los Angeles.

A limited number of free tickets for the concerts will be available through radio promotions, street teams and online registration at samsungsummerkrush.com.

Beginning July 7, unsigned acts will be allowed to submit performance videos to Samsung AT&T Summer Krush's Web site for a chance to win a performance slot on "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" in Los Angeles. Online visitors will vote for their favorite act. In addition to performing on "Kimmel," the winning act will receive $5,000 and transportation to Los Angeles.

Last year's Samsung AT&T Summer Krush included performances by Mariah Carey, Gavin Rossdale, LeAnn Rimes, Nelly and Nas, among others. In March of 2008, the mobile company organized another free concert series, Samsung Sound Check, which featured appearances Ne-Yo, Jimmy Eat World, Gym Class Heroes, Paramore and Sean Kingston.
