Bruce Springsteen Extends 'Dream' Tour

Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band have added new U.S. concert dates to their 2009 Working On A Dream tour, which returns stateside in late August with three shows at the Comcast Theater in Hartford, Conn. The North American tour currently has dates booked through mid-November.
 
In addition to previously announced U.S. dates, Springsteen and his band will also perform for fans in Nashville; Tampa, Fla.; Sunrise, Fla.; Greenville, S.C.; Chicago; Philadelphia; St. Louis; Kansas City, Mo; Washington, D.C.; Charlotte, N.C.; New York; Cleveland; Auburn Hills, Mich.; and Milwaukee.
 
Multiple night engagements include back-to-back concerts at Philadelphia’s Wachovia Spectrum from Oct. 13-14, and two nights at Madison Square Garden from Nov. 7-8. The Boss’ upcoming North American jaunt currently has dates booked through Nov. 15 at the Bradley Center in Milwaukee.
 
As previously reported, Springsteen announced on May 21 at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, N.J., that he and his band would play multiple shows at Giants Stadium in New Jersey this fall. The first of five concerts at Giants Stadium begins Sept. 30.
 
Springsteen and his band have spent their summer appearing at multiple large-scale international music festivals, including Bonnaroo in Manchester, Tenn., and Glastonbury in the United Kingdom. Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band are currently on tour in Europe through the beginning of August.
