Flo Rida Sets Digital Record, Remains No. 1

Comments

After toppling Alicia Keys' "No One" from the top spot last week, Flo Rida's "Low" remains No. 1 this week on the Billboard Hot 100. The track's 470,000 digital sales sets a single-week record, easily trumping the former title-holder, Fergie's "Fergalicious" at 294,000.

In fact, digital sales were at an all-time high this week, as all but five songs posted triple-digit percentage increases on the Hot Digital Songs tally.

"No One" holds tight at No. 2 on the Hot 100 while Timbaland's "Apologize" featuring OneRepublic also stays put at No. 3. Chris Brown's "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain remains at No. 4 while Soulja Boy's "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" surges back into the top tier, sliding up 11-5. Fergie's "Clumsy" slips 5-6, while Colbie Caillat's "Bubbly" keeps the No. 7 spot warm.

Rock troupe Finger Eleven's "Paralyzer" dips 6-8 as Sara Bareilles' "Love Song," holds at No. 9 and Jordin Sparks' "Tattoo" falls 8-10.

Another Fergie title, the former No. 1 "Big Girls Don't Cry," is this week's greatest airplay gainer, rebounding 39-21. The track experienced a jump as many adult contemporary stations that weren't spinning all-Christmas music nearly doubled their spins of the track.

This week's top debut at No. 62 is "Witch Doctor" from Alvin and the Chipmunks featuring Chris Classic, which was featured in the animated rodents' recent film. Other tracks from Alvin and the gang -- covers of Daniel Powter's "Bad Day" and Lipps Inc.'s "Funkytown" -- enter at No. 67 and No. 86, respectively.

Other debuts this week include Janet Jackson's "Feedback" at No. 84, Flyleaf's "All Around Me" at No. 93, 3 Doors Down's "Citizen Soldier" at No. 99 and Nickelodeon star Miranda Cosgrove's "Leave It All To Me (iCarly Theme Song)" featuring Drake Bell at No. 100.

Keys' other single, "Like You'll Never See Me Again" stays at No. 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop chart, while Taylor Swift begins a fourth week at the summit on Hot Country Songs with "Our Song."

On the Modern Rock chart, Seether's "Fake It" crowns the tally for a second week and holds tight to No. 1 on Mainstream Rock for a ninth.
