Zero 7 Tends To The 'Garden'

Comments

Electronic/pop outfit Zero 7 will return June 6 with its third album, "The Garden." The 12-track set will be released via Atlantic and is the follow-up to 2004's "When It Falls," which debuted at No. 3 on Billboard's Top Electronic Albums chart and has sold 130,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan.

The new album was produced by principal members Sam Hardaker and Henry Binns and features vocals from singer/songwriter Jose Gonzalez on the track "Futures." Vocalist Sia Furler, who has enjoyed success with her solo debut since the release of "When It Falls" is back in the fold for a handful of tracks, including "Throw It All Away."

"Futures" is already available as a limited-edition vinyl single in the 7- and 12-inch formats. The former features the B-side "Seeing Things," while the latter sports the Furler-sung track "Dreaming."

Zero 7 begins a U.K. tour May 25 in Nottingham and will hit North America in August.

Here is the track list for "The Garden":

"Futures"
"Throw It All Away"
"Seeing Things"
"The Pageant of the Bizarre"
"You're My Flame"
"Left Behind"
"Today"
"This Fine Social Scene"
"Your Place"
