With the debut album from his new band, Black Light Burns, set to hit stores this summer via Geffen, Limp Bizkit guitarist Wes Borland says he has no plans to work with the Fred Durst-led band in the future.

"'Will I ever work with LB in the future?' Anything is possible, but that's not even on the radar at this point," Borland writes on Black Light Burns' Myspace.com page. "Limp Bizkit is my past, and I care only about Black Light Burns right now, which is my future."

As previously reported, Black Light Burns finds Borland collaborating with session drummer extraordinaire Josh Freese, Nine Inch Nails collaborator Danny Lohner and keyboardist/programmer Josh Eustis of Telefon Tel Aviv.

The group's debut, "Cruel Melody," features guest spots from From First To Last vocalist Sonny Moore ("Coward), vocalist Carina Round on the title cut, Concrete Blond frontwoman Johnette Napolitano ("I Am Where It Takes Me") and Bizkit bassist Sam Rivers ("I Have a Need").

Borland's post casts a dark shadow on the future of Limp Bizkit, whose 2005 EP, "The Unquestionable Truth Pt. 1," has sold just 88,000 copies in the United States, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Bizkit intentionally declined to promote or tour in support of the release; the group's Web site has not been updated with substantial news since last October.
