Black Eyed Peas Buckle In For Honda Civic Tour

Comments

The Black Eyed Peas have been tapped to headline the sixth Honda Civic Tour, which will begin March 23 at the Save Mart Center in Fresno, Calif. The full itinerary has yet to be confirmed for the trek, which is expected to be the Peas' last in support of their multi-platinum 2005 A&M/Interscope album, "Monkey Business."

In addition, the group has created a custom Honda Civic Hybrid featuring metallic paint designs, Peas-themed graphics, XM satellite radio, a special PA system and Dunlop sport tires, among other features. The car will be awarded to a lucky fan at the conclusion of the trek.

With "Monkey Business" continuing to yield hit singles, core Peas members will.i.am, Fergie, Taboo and Apl.De.Ap. are all working on solo albums. will.i.am is also collaborating with Justin Timberlake on his sophomore solo effort, which is expected to be released later this year.

Pre-sale tickets for the Honda Civic Tour will be available beginning Feb. 15 via the outing's Web site.
