Causapalooza: A Fest with Heart and Mullets

With thousands of people flocking to Grant Park, Lollapalooza is aiming to do more than entertain crowds with live music. To that end, the organizers have created Causapalooza, an area of the festival dedicated to raising awareness on various environmental and world issues.
In coordination with StopGlobalWarming.org, Causapalooza will feature interactive and educational booths sponsored by non-profit organizations. Lollapalooza is also participating in a virtual march with StopGlobalWarming.org to help spread the word about the dangers of global warming.
The interactive festival game Mindfield will be manning a "Fake Booth," where festivalgoers can receive a free mullet hair cut or design and sell "crappy" t-shirts and trucker hats to raise money for their favorite Causapalooza cause.
Opportunities to raise money will also be available at the Mindfield Spanking Booth, where friends are encouraged to pimp out one another's bums.
