Billboard's Holiday Gift Guide - INNO/Helix

INNO/Helix

XM Satellite Radio struck first blood in the portable receiver market and did again with the hybrid MP3 player/receiver game with the one-two punch of the Inno (made by Pioneer) and the Helix (made by Samsung). Both can store 50 hours of XM content with 1 GB of storage and both feature a "bookmarking" capability that lets users record and save individual songs out of the XM radio stream to later play as they wish. Bookmarked songs can also be purchased via Napster when the device is synced with a PC. And for those afraid to miss their favorite song, both devices feature the TuneSelect function that notifies fans when pre-defined artists or songs are playing anywhere in the XM feed.

Both the Helix and Inno cost $400, not including the XM monthly subscription.
