As the American Idols Live tour gets ready to kick off its 50-city trek July 5 in Portland, Ore., Billboard sat down with this year's Top 10 contestants to talk about their struggles and triumphs during "Idol," how excited they are to finally hit the road, and their plans for life after the tour. Kris Allen was surprisingly calm when he was crowned the Season 8 American Idol in May, but he says nerves almost got the best of him at his audition. "I actually had to go to the bathroom really bad," Allen confesses. I was so scared -- I was like, 'I'm going to pee on myself on national TV.'"
