The rights to adapt Bob Dylan’s seminal 1975 album "Blood on the Tracks" into an English language movie have been purchased by Brazil-based international production banner RT Features. Rodrigo Teixeira and Fernando Loureiro will produce the film.
This year's MTV Europe Music Awards will rock out in the German city of Frankfurt, organizers said. The 19th annual show will pump up the volume in Frankfurt on Nov. 11, a second coming for the German city having played host back in 2001.
