The tone for this oh-so-strange, rock-themed "American Idol" performance night was set from minute one by Steven Tyler, who kissed his own wax bust in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

The stakes are always high on "American Idol," but when Top 11 week rolls around, there's an added layer of pressure.

Wiz Khalifa won the night's top prize at mtvU's raucous -- and mercifully brief -- Woodie Awards Wednesday night (Mar. 16) in Austin, while Foo Fighters, Sleigh Bells and Two Door Cinema Club rocked the crowd and underground rap upstarts Lil B and Odd Future stole the show with their antics.
