Don Omar, an artist who in the past few years has been defined by his hit singles, and Jenni Rivera, whose chart success was driven by album sales, were the top winners at the 2013 Billboard Latin Music Awards. The awards, presented by State Farm, were broadcast live on the Telemundo network from the BankUnited Center in Miami.
