Oakland, CA's enigmatic experimental electronic outfit Uprock Rhizome mix rock, free jazz, improv, and noise with the literate abandon of a mash-up. The group devoted an equal amount of time to performing shows like the Santa Cruz Underground Music Festival and presenting gigs with kindred spirits like Otto Von Schirach via their Kelp and Circuits collective.
