Assembling in 1998, in Seattle, Washington, the Stuck-Ups play a flammable and riotous combination of punk and garage rock. Counting on with an always alternating line-up, the crew recorded its debut disc in 2000, a four song seven-inch record, released by Sympathy For the Record Industry label. During the next months the band played numerous concerts across the U.S., before reentering the studio to work on their first full-length, the eponymous The Stuck-Ups released still in that same year. In 2002, the Stuck-Ups recorded what turned out to be their second major recording, Human Doll Express ahead of starting another extensive tour, this time taking them all over the U.S. and Europe. By then, the Seattle crew had settled on a line-up consisting of vocalist and guitarist Tiffany, bassist Meredith and drummer Justin. ~ Mario Mesquita Borges, All Music Guide
