Georgia-born and Nashville-based Steve Ivey is a multi-faceted personality in the music business. One the one hand, Ivey is a faith-and-praise-based musician whose work consisted mainly of Celtic renditions of well-known hymns. On the other, Ivey is a successful songwriter and producer of country and Christian artists. Ivey started his company, IMI (or Ivey Music International), at the age of 19 and within a few years had relocated from Fort Worth, TX, to Nashville, in an office located on the famous Music Row. As a musician, Ivey has reached the upper echelons of the charts in Europe, Canada, and the United States.
