Biography

A South Korean pop girl vocal group, See Ya (members: Nam Gyu-Ri, Kim Yeon Ji, and Lee Bo Ram) was the creation of the same management and promotion group that put together the popular Korean boy band, SG Wannabe. The roster, chosen from a open call audition, was settled in 2005, and the group released their first chart topping single in early 2006. A debut album hit the stores shortly thereafter, and in 2007 See Ya released a follow up. The sophomore effort was a huge hit at year's end, and in 2008 the group released a ‘special' album, entitled California Dream. ~ Chris True, All Music Guide
