Lindsay Muir's Untamed were essentially the same as the Untamed, the decent obscure British mod band who changed their name to Lindsay Muir's Untamed (after their frontman) for their fifth and final single in 1966. Both sides of that fairly good single, "Daddy Long Legs"/"Trust Yourself a Little Bit," are available on the various-artists compilation Untamed & Innocent, which also has all but one of the songs from their previous 45s. There was no notable change in approach or sound for this final single, which again was soul-mod-rock that was a cut above most of the other commercial also-rans in that vein. ~ Richie Unterberger, All Music Guide
