Biography

RSS
Born in London, Jesse Rose made a name for himself as a deep house-style DJ in Bristol alongside friend and collaborator Jamie Anderson in local clubs in the early '90s. His blend of Chicago and Detroit house music lit up the local scene, and by the midpoint of that decade he moved into the more lucrative and creative world of production. In 2006, he released two albums of his own, More Than One and What Do You Do If You Don't?, both on Front Room. Eventually, through his skills as a producer, he was able to add a considerable list of collaborations to his résumé, including Rob Mello, Chris Duckenfield, and others. He also produced work under the moniker Content, and his first album as such, The Tribute, was released in 2008. ~ Chris True, All Music Guide
