Contemporary pop singer/songwriter Erica Baxter was born in Gunnedah, New South Wales, Australia in 1977. Besides recording music, she has also worked as a model and is married to Australian businessman James Packer. Having recorded and performed since 2001, Baxter ultimately signed with Sony BMG in 2006 and released the Natasha Bedingfield-penned single "I Spy."
