Along with DJ Dirty Money, DJ Murdermixx represents the Dirty South style of hip-hop spinning as a member of the Dirty Harry Productions camp. His Phat Azz Mixes!! album showcases his skills on the turntables along with some of the more prominent freestyle sessions he has participated in with various rappers including the Hot Boys. Somewhat similar to East Coast DJs such as Funkmaster Flex and Detroit DJs such as DJ Godfather, DJ Murdamixx sticks primarily to the hardcore/gangster/booty blend of hip-hop, incorporating tracks from mostly down South but also from some of the bigger East and West coast anthems.
