David Padilla began mixing in the early '80s, prior to his heydays in 1989 while hanging out in the South Beach club circuit. During that time, he was household DJ at the Warsaw Ballroom for eight years and his sets were thrilling in the manor of incorporating the acidic vibes of early trance. He traveled the world, carving a name for himself in Colombia, Israel, Panama, Holland, and the U.S. Signed to Ultra Records (Scott Henry, Danny Tenaglia, Sasha & Digweed, Sven Vath), Padilla released his debut South Beach Experience in October 2000. ~ MacKenzie Wilson, All Music Guide
