The event will be held March 26 at the city's Isaac Hayes Restaurant, with all proceeds going to Seaway Bank's E2 Relief Fund for the 21.

A Florida man charged in the 1993 strangling of Seattle musician Mia Zapata will not fight extradition to Washington state. Jesus Mezquia, 48, who is being held without bail in Miami on first-degree murder charges, will not contest the transfer, said Elliot Snyder, his lawyer.
