The medical condition of founding Lynyrd Skynyrd guitarist Gary Rossington has once again forced the legendary Southern rock band off the road. The band had returned to touring July 19 following Rossington's recovery from open heart surgery in February.

The late Floyd Cramer and Carl Smith are the latest artists selected to join the Country Music Association's (CMA) Hall of Fame. The artists will be formally inducted Nov. 5 during the 37th annual CMA Awards, which will be broadcast live on CBS from Nashville.

The debut single from Fox's "American Juniors" will be released Tuesday (Aug. 12) via Jive Records. The commercial release will feature the reality series/talent show's 10 finalists singing the Cathy Dennis-written song "One Step Closer."
