Nichole Nordeman Tops Dove Awards

Nichole Nordeman and Michael W. Smith were the big winners at the Gospel Music Association's (GMA) 34th Dove Awards last night (April 10) at Nashville's Gaylord Entertainment Center. Nordeman won seven awards, including songwriter, female vocalist, and song of the year and best pop/contemporary song for "Holy," co-written with Mark Hammond. Her "Woven & Spun" (Sparrow) won pop/contemporary album of the year.
