Bon Jovi tops the Hot Tours chart based on ticket sales revenue generated from 12 sold out concerts at London's O2 Arena during The Circle Tour's European leg in June. With show dates ranging from June 7-26, the combined gross for the dozen performances was £12.6 million ($18.1 million US) with 187,696 tickets sold. The band kicks off another North American leg on July 9 with a return engagement at the new Meadowlands Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. followed by amphitheater and stadium performances that are planned for the remainder of the month.

The Eagles are No. 2 in the Hot Tours rankings with $5.5 million in box office grosses from three concerts at the Hollywood Bowl on April 16, 17 and 20. These were the legendary band's first concert appearances in the Los Angeles area since beginning the Long Road Out of Eden Tour in March 2008. The next scheduled tour date is the Austin City Limits Music Festival on October 10.

AC/DC ranks in the No. 3 position based on totals from a single concert appearance at Stadio Friuli in Udine, Italy on May 19. With ticket sales topping €2.8 million ($3.5 million US) and 46,487 fans in attendance, the sold out stadium event was part of the final leg on the band's Black Ice World Tour that wrapped in June.

The first totals have been reported for Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers' 2010 North American tour, giving the band this week's No. 4 ranking. $2.2 million in ticket sales came from two venues, Oakland's Oracle Arena (June 5) and Rexall Place in Edmonton (June 16). Joe Cocker was the opening act for both shows.
