The cast of "Glee" is to play a five-date tour of the United Kingdom next summer.
Beginning June 22, the U.K. trek, which features "Glee" stars Lea Michele, Cory Monteith, Amber Riley, Chris Colfer and Kevin McHale, among others, kicks off at Manchester MEN Arena, followed by a two-night run at London's O2 Arena (June 25 and 26). The Live Nation promoted tour wraps with two shows at Dublin's O2 Arena (July 2 and 3).
In a statement "Glee" co-creator Ryan Murphy said: "We had such a great time putting together last year's shows and the response from the fans was incredible. People around the world want to see our cast live and in person, so this European tour is our way of thanking them for the unbelievable way they've embraced our little show."
Murphy also dropped a hint that the "Glee" tour would return to the U.S. next year, following its sold-out U.S. tour in May.
"For everyone in America who has asked if we'll be back to a city near them this summer, stay tuned. We'll have some exciting news very soon," he said.
