"Glee" is hitting the road again in the spring, the show announced today (Feb. 8) -- but this time they're doing it bigger and better, upgrading from theaters to arenas and upping the number of shows to 16.

The trek, which will feature new cast members Darren Criss (Blaine) and Chord Overstreet (Sam) along with the show's perennial favorites, kicks off May 21 in Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Event Center and wrap June 18 at the Nassau Coliseum in Uniondale, N.Y.

"Joining the cast this year has been like hopping on a fast-moving train," Overstreet said in a statement. "I have already had so many incredible experiences, but the chance to perform live on stages across the U.S., Canada and Europe takes the cake."

"I'm fortunate to play such a strong and interesting character like Blaine that speaks volumes to fans," said Criss. "Now I have the chance to perform for thousands of them this summer, and I couldn't be more excited!"
