Regional Mexican and urban acts will dominate the 2014 Latin Grammy street party concerts, which kick off Oct. 5 in Chicago's Plaza Garibaldi. Artists confirmed to perform during the series, which will be played in five cities, include Conjunto Primavera, J Alvarez, J Balvin, Los Rieleros del Norte, Los Tucanes de Tijuana, Noel Torres and Voz de Mando.
