Amnesia Ibiza issued a bilingual press release on its Facebook page concerning Ibiza's stricter laws and its effects on the club's opening party this weekend.

The superclub's opening party on Friday, which usually ends well into the next day, will now end at 6 a.m. due to tighter prohibitions on the Balearic island.

Ibiza Tourists Will Be Hit With a New Tax This Summer

"10 years ago, we had to fight alone against the schedule restrictions on the clubs and the 'afterhours' prohibition in Ibiza," the statement began. "Although we do not share the decision of the official bodies... Amnesia has decided to abide by the decision and change their opening time [from] 16:00h to 06: 00h, producing 14 hours of music."

Amnesia Ibiza is spreading the #YouWillNeverDanceAlone hashtag for festivalgoers and observers alike to voice their opinions on the government's decision.

Apollonia, Amine Edge & Dance, Ricardo Villalobos, Pan-Pot, Claptone, Cuartero, Disciples, Hector, Fritz Kalkbrenner, Hannah Wants, Ilario Alicante, Mar-T and Luca Donzelli will spin at Amnesia's Main Room and Terrace this weekend.
