Kill Paris Debuts First Release Under New Moniker Chill Harris
Corey Baker, formerly known as Kill Paris, debuts his first track under newfound moniker Chill Harris.
The name switch occurred following the Paris attacks on Nov. 13, 2015. While some fans were torn on the artist’s decision, Baker and his team have committed to it with a full rebrand.
"My music has never been about aggression," Baker says, “but is geared towards being chill, easy going, laid back and overall about having fun." He adds that Chill Harris was initially going to be launched as a side project, but decided to merge it with is primary project after the events in France ensued.
His introductory release as Chill Harris is a remix of Griz’s "Stop Trippin'," which he says is "inspired by cruise control drives through the Rocky Mountains." Listen below:
