Another Los Angeles musician to play a hometown show at Coachella, Flying Lotus (aka Steven Ellison) first built his reputation as a beat master doing soundtracks for the Cartoon Network's "Adult Swim." Now with his third album, "Cosmogramma," is due imminently on Warp Records and his live shows are incorporating an interactive visual element.
