Besides getting paid to keep an eye on fellow inmates who are on suicide watch, Lil Wayne's keeping busy during his time behind bars by writing posts for his blog site, The second installment, a sports blog entry, was posted today (April 14).

Titled, "TSC: McNab To the Skins…wow!," the writeup focuses on said trade as well as the upcoming NFL draft and the conclusion of March Madness.

"I think this will be a great thing for all involved," Weezy wrote of the Philadelphia Eagles' trading star Quarterback Donovan McNabb to the team's rival, the Washington Redskins. "Except the Eagles. One reason is because I don't think Andy Reid was ready to part ways with the soon to be 34 year old veteran. He still had a year left on paper with the Eagles, And though I don't think they would've given him an extension, for some reason I think Andy would've liked to see Donovan play it out… I don't think he was the brains behind that move. i think this was above him."

"I'm calling this the craziest QB trade since Brett to the Vikings," he later adds.

A self-proclaimed sports fanatic (He even has a tattoo of the ESPN logo), Weezy also gives props to college players here, noting the championship Duke men's and UCONN women's basketball teams. He then concludes the post by listing his top 5 NFL draft picks for the upcoming football season, including Eric Berry, Russel O Kung and his no. 1 pick, Ndamukong Suh / Jimmy Clausen.

Wayne was a frequent guest on ESPN's 'SportCenter' and blogger for the network's website before his prison term at New York's Riker's Island began in March for gun charges stemming from a 2007 arrest. In his first post to WeezyThanxYou, he said that he has plans to begin blogging on again soon.
