Britney Spears' Next Single Could Be 'Hold It Against Me'
The first single to Britney Spears' forthcoming seventh studio album, set for a March release, could be called "Hold It Against Me." Executive producer Lukasz "Dr. Luke" Gottwald revealed on Twitter that he did write a track called "Hold It Against Me" with the pop star, although lyrics to the track posted on the Internet were not accurate. The song was reportedly helmed by Gottwald and Max Martin. ( PopJustice)
Willow Smith Opening For Justin Bieber in Europe
"Whip My Hair" star Willow Smith confirmed on Twitter that she has been asked to open for Justin Bieber on his European tour next spring. "Got news that my big bro @justinbieber invited me on his European Tour in March..so exciting!" Smith wrote. The singer added that she might let her brother, "Karate Kid" actor Jaden Smith, tag along. ( @officialwillow)
Artist Reimagines Taylor Swift Album Covers
Artist Peter Max, most famously known as a forerunner of the psychedelic movement, has painted a vibrant portrait of Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" album cover for her upcoming birthday on Dec. 13th. Max previously painted four different versions of Swift's "Fearless" album earlier this year, with one of the portraits hanging up in the pop stars Nashville apartment. (People)

Muse songwriter Matt Bellamy says that his band's new material might be a bit softer now that he's dating actress Kate Hudson. "I've been through a lot of personal changes, so some of the songwriting might be a bit more open and personal," says Bellamy. ( The Sun)

The Mountain Goats Announce New Album
Indie rock mainstays the Mountain Goats have announced the release of new album "All Eternals Deck," which will be issued through Merge Records on March 29, 2011. The 13-track follow-up to 2009's "The Life of the World to Come" will feature production from John Congleton, Brandon Eggleston, Scott Solter and Erik Rutan. ( Official website)
