Britney Spears, 'N Sync, teenage rapper Lil' Bow Wow, and the Baha Men are each up for two Nickelodeon Kids Choice Awards, the 14th annual edition of which will be broadcast live April 21 from Santa Monica, Calif. For the fifth year running, Rosie O'Donnell returns as host of the event, which honors kids' favorites in music, TV, film, and sports.

Spears is nominated for favorite female singer as well as favorite song for "Oops! ... I Did It Again," the title track from her most recent Jive album. 'N Sync earned nominations for favorite singing group and favorite song ("Bye Bye Bye"), while Lil' Bow Wow is up for favorite male singer and favorite sing ("Bounce With Me). Baha Men are nominated for favorite singing group as well as favorite song for "Who Let The Dogs Out."

Fan voting begins Feb. 19 via Burger King restaurants in North America, online at Nick.com, through ballots in Nick magazine, and a toll-free telephone number.
