Bongo Boy Music/Madacy Label Group will on May 15 release "Reggae Rocks - The Tide Is High," the first of a planned six-disc compilation series of reggae artists covering classic rock and pop songs. The first disc sports 18 tracks by the likes of Toots and the Maytals, Big Mountain, and Steel Pulse presenting island versions of tracks by Led Zeppelin, Bob Dylan, Steve Miller, the Rolling Stones, the Eagles, Fleetwood Mac, and others.

Future releases in the "Reggae Rocks" series will concentrate on the work of specific artists, such as the Beatles, the Stones, and Dylan. The series is produced by Henry "K," who originated the idea with two volumes of Grateful Dead reggae tributes under the "Fire On The Mountain" banner.
