A member of the R&B duo K-Ci & Jo-Jo was charged yesterday (March 13) with allegedly exposing himself at KIIS-FM Los Angeles' Jingle Ball concert in December. K-Ci (real name: Cedric Hailey) was charged with 23 counts of indecent exposure and one count of lewd conduct, L.A. deputy city attorney Phyllis F. Henderson said.

About 4,000 people were on hand at the Shrine Auditorium for the Dec. 16 Jingle Ball concert, which featured such pop acts as Christina Aguilera, 98 Degrees, and Third Eye Blind. Hailey was performing when he allegedly pulled down his trousers and underwear and exposed himself to the audience, which included hundreds of children, Hendersen said.

Two city fire inspectors attending the concert said about 150 people headed for the exits to the auditorium lobby to escape the performance. Parents who were with their kids, some as young as 5-years-old, complained about the alleged nudity, officials said. Jo-Jo (real name: Joel Hailey) was not accused of any wrongdoing.
