Def Jam Records will reprise its relationship with Universal Films this June by producing the star-studded soundtrack to the action flick "Fast And Furious." Due June 5, the soundtrack features hip-hop and soul notaries Faith Evans, Ludacris, Ja Rule, DMX, and Jay-Z, among others.

Def Jam plans to release no less than four singles from the star-studded album, including Vita's "Justify My Love" and Ja Rule's "Fast And Furious." The set also features a remix of the Limp Bizkit track "Rollin'" (featuring DMX, Redman, and Method Man) from the group's Interscope set "Chocolate Starfish And The Hot Dog Flavored Water."

"Fast And Furious," a tale of rival street-racing teams in Los Angeles, will star Paul Walker, Vin Diesel, and Michelle Rodriguez. The film is set to hit U.S. theaters on June 22.

Def Jam produced the platinum-selling soundtrack for Universal's 1996 film "The Nutty Professor," and its 2000 sequel, "Nutty Professor II: The Klumps," which debuted at No. 4 on The Billboard 200 and spawned Janet Jackson's No. 1 single "Doesn't Really Matter."
