Country music legend Loretta Lynn was resting at home yesterday (April 2) after nearly two weeks of treatment at a Tennessee hospital for pneumonia. As previously reported, Lynn was admitted just days after performing a live, two-hour television concert on cable network A&E's "Live by Request."

The 65-year-old singer was discharged on Saturday and headed to her home in Hurricane Mills, west of Nashville. A spokesperson said Lynn was in good spirits and was thankful to fans for their cards and prayers.

Owing to her recovery, Lynn won't perform during the month of April, the spokesperson said.
