U.K. techno rock outfit Prodigy is at work on its fourth studio album, tentatively titled "Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned," due early next year on Maverick. In the meantime, the group will hit four European festivals in August, beginning with the Aug. 17 Rock Oz Festival in Avenche, Switzerland. Prodigy is now a trio, following the departure of Leeroy Thornhill to work with his other band, Flightcrank.

The new album will be the follow-up to 1997's "The Fat of the Land," which debuted at No. 1 on The Billboard 200 and spawned the international hit single "Firestarter," which peaked at No. 41 on The Billboard Hot 100.

Here are Prodigy's tour dates:
Aug. 17: Avenche, Switzerland (Rock Oz Festival)
Aug. 18: Weeze, Germany (Bizarre Festival)
Aug. 24: Hasselt, Holland (Lowlands Festival)
Aug. 25: Dronten, Belgium (Pukklepop Festival)
