The Billboard 200 has three debuts in the top-10, but Alicia Keys is No. 1 for the third time in four weeks with her J debut "Songs in A Minor." Bowing right behind at No. 2 is Aaliyah's self-titled third Blackground/Virgin album, giving the R&B singer her first appearance in the top-10. The set sold 187,000 units in the U.S., according to SoundScan, more than four times greater than the first-week sales of her last effort, 1996's "One in A Million." Keys and Aaliyah are also back-to-back on Billboard's Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums tally.

Foxy Brown shoots to a No. 5 debut on The Billboard 200 with "Broken Silence" (Def Jam/IDJMG). The set sold 131,000 copies, a bit shy of her 1999 album "Chyna Doll," which debuted at No. 1 with 173,000 units sold. "Broken Silence" is No. 3 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

West Coast gangsta rapper Kurupt has the highest debut of his career with "Space Boogie: Smoke Oddessey" (Antra/Artemis), which arrives at No. 10 on The Billboard 200 with 84,000 units sold. His last, "Tha Streetz Iz a Mutha," came in at No. 31 with 60,000 units and went on to sell 464,000. "Space Boogie: Smoke Oddessey" is now at No. 5 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart.

Also arriving near the top of The Billboard 200 is newcomer Craig David, who introduces the U.K.'s R&B-influenced dance movement known as two-step to American audiences with an impressive No. 11 opening for his debut album, "Born to Do It" (Wildstar/Atlantic). The set, featuring production work from the now-defunct duo Artful Dodger, sold 79,000 units in its first week. David's first single, "Fill Me In," holds at No. 18 on The Billboard Hot 100 and No. 25 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks survey.

Keys, meanwhile, is still going strong, selling 221,000 units in her fourth week of release, with nary a drop-off from the previous week. Her single, "Fallin'," is once again The Billboard Hot 100's fastest-growing track at radio, moving 14-10. The cut is No. 4 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart. However, Keys' run on the album chart is likely near the end, with 'N Sync's "Celebrity" (Jive) a lock to debut at No. 1 next week.

Of last week's high debuts, P Diddy & the Bad Boy Family's "The Saga Continues ..." (Bad Boy/Arista) drops 2-6 on a 30% sales dip to 130,000 units, while Melissa Etheridge's "Skin" (Island) plunges 9-32 after a 51% drop in sales.

Usher's four-week run atop the Hot 100 and the R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks charts comes to end due to a full-on diva attack. Destiny's Child takes the top slot on The Hot 100 with "Bootylicious," which soars 7-1, while Mariah Carey's "Loverboy" featuring Da Brat and Ludacris takes the pole position on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles & Tracks chart. Carey's cut is the fastest-growing track at retail on both charts. "Glitter," Carey's first album for Virgin, is due Aug. 21. The film of the same name, in which she stars, will open Aug. 31 in the U.S.

The Hot 100's top debut is the Wiseguys' "Start the Commotion," which arrives at No. 63, no doubt boosted by heavy television exposure via a Mitsubishi commercial. The U.K's duo's sophomore album "The Antidote" (Ideal/Mammoth/Hollywood) is No. 3 on Billboard's Top Electronic Albums chart, where the "Totally Dance" compilation (Warner/Elektra/Atlantic/Arista) rests at No. 1 for a third-straight week. Other noteworthy debuts on the Hot 100 include Trisha Yearwood's "I Would've Loved You Anyway" at No. 81 and Gigi D'Agostino's "I'll Fly with You" at No. 95.

Yearwood's cut moves 19-13 on Billboard's Hot Country Singles & Tracks tally, where Jamie O'Neal's "When I Think About Angels" reaches No. 1 after 19 weeks on the chart. On Billboard's Top Country Albums tally, the Mercury soundtrack to "O Brother, Where Art Thou?" enjoys a 14th, non-consecutive week at No. 1.

Staind's "It's Been Awhile" continues to impress, entering a 15th-straight week at the helm of both Billboard's Modern and Mainstream Rock Tracks charts, the longest any cut has held the top slot on both charts simultaneously.
